How to register a Birth?
- You can register the birth from the relevant rural / hospital registrar within three (03) months of time from the birth.

How to get WNOP for the spouse, once the civil pensioner has passed away?
- First, pension will hold once the death certificate of the pensioner has received.
- Informing to the bank regarding the excess money
- Spouse of the pensioner will be instructed to submit the bellow documents
- Original copy of the pensioner’s death certificate
- Original copy of the birth certificate of widow
- Original copy of the marriage certificate
- Photocopy of the passbook of the bank account of the widow
- Photocopy of the NIC of the widow
- Photocopy of the WNOP card or the WNOP number
- Passport size photo of the widow which has certified by the GS
- All above documents should be certified by the GS
- Once these steps are done, necessary actions will take to grant the WNOP for the spouse of the passed away pensioner.
